I liked the lobby design.

The property did not meet my expectations, they have the most amazing pictures so my expectation was sky high, but actually the rooms are more outdated than that. Also there was no aircon in the hotel (only the loby), so thats unpleasant. Also really loud aircon (too loud to sleep with it on -- one of those ancient aircons from the times they were part of ceiling as opposed to a separate item). The fridge was not cold either. Sink was outside in the room, not a part of the bathroom. Also traffic is very close to hotel, quite a lot of noise comming from outside at all hours. Also only 4 stories high - thats probably the least extreme hotel in Bangkok, yet calls itself so haha.

the rooms are so comfortable!!! big beds, clean, lovely value for money.

the location is good for the airport and good for concerts but isn’t great for the city. there are no close metro stops etc.

The room was very clean, comfortable. Shower was fantastic with both soap and shampoo provided. Tv was also good with English channels.

Sky bar was a bit weird. Seemed to be unfinished. No shelter from the sun if needed and no bar.

The facilities are good. Modern and clean. The space on the top is not very well utilized, they could build a sauna or something like that. It's an overall good place if you want to go there just to stay inside the room.

Location is terrible because it's totally unconnected. There are no bus stops or metro stations within walking distance. You have to take a taxi for everthing, so you end up spending a lot more money. The hotel has a terrible policy of giving no flexibility to people who want to change the dates of their stay. Other hotels often allow guests to shorten their booking to 1 night. They also require a 1000 Baht deposit, and the alternative is to give them your passport. I did not accept this requirement, as it was not stated in their terms and conditions, and had to talk to Booking.com for a long time before they would give it up. Some of the staff barely speaks any English and is overall not very smart. They keep smiling at you in a cynical manner even when you're clearly dissatisfied with what they're telling you about the absurd hotel policy.

The rooftop had a great view. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had a decent amount of space.

The carpet wasn’t in very good shape. The room towels were old and some of the pillows were not clean.

Funky and interesting hotel. Really liked my room. Good for 1 night to get over jet lag. Nice hotel, would recommend if not for the location.

Location. My fault for not researching this enough but it’s a long way from any and all that bangkok has to offer. Taxi takes forever and goes through 2 toll stations.

Cheaper room was clean but really small. Only fit the bed in the room. For 30baht it was fine. Location was out of town but still only around 150 baht to city

We stayed in Deluxe room. Staff is so energetic and very polite. Shower is great, it can fresh you out from tired day. Double bed very big and comfy, also the pillow is so comfy. The meal you can ask they cook for you is very tasty! They're common recipe in Thai food. But they cooks it very delicious for me as Thai people. They have Sukiyaki in the restaurant but this time I have no chance to tried it.

Machine in the gym is not full functional. You have to ask staff to activate the pool on the top floor. The door is not soundproof but it's ok.

It is nothing like in the picture. First I made the wrong booking I paid for 2 rooms 1 night instead of 1 room two nights. It’s an honest mistake they should have consideration for it. But they didn’t cancelled it they still asked me to pay for 2 rooms. 2nd I paid for the breakfast. She was arguing with me that the breakfast is not included even though I told her that I paid for it and it’s on the email. She wouldn’t look at the email and still insisted that it’s on the paper that I didn’t pay for it. Then finally she looked at email and agreed that I paid for breakfast. 3rd you need a deposit of 1000 bath cash. 4th the there’s a mosquito and cockroach. 5th wifi is really bad, we didn’t managed to connect during our stay. 6th The bedding is dirty. There’s a fresh stain on the blanket, I found a crumpled dried toilet tissue stuck on the blanket, it’s wrinkled like someone has used it. And it’s itchy. 7th the towel is disgusting 8th we ask if we can check out at 2pm because we have a hospital appointment. The said we have to pay extra of 200Bath. Other hotel will not ask you to pay for it. 9th the toilet smells like pee. It’s not been cleaned properly. For 1600 bath it is extremely poor. The onyx hotel which is only 5 minutes away from this hotel is incomparable. The staffs at Onyx hotel are extremely nice and the hotel is very clean. They also have restaurant on the lobby that’s serves quality food for a cheaper price. This xtreme hotel is really disappointing and I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

Good room but had an incident which will make me never to come back again !!

There was no reply from the hotel regarding an inqury i had sent before .. 98% of staff dont speak or understand english which was difficult with communications .. no spa or massage .. Breakfast was very poor .. not variety at all .. needs improvment I had to shift to another smaller room due to an incident ..

Everything was good and the staff was very cooperative.

The place is very far off and u don't get taxis here easily. Moreover the luggage guy asked us 200 bhat for bringing the luggage to our rooms which was bad.
